All photographs remain the property of Orca Design until payment received in full.
CD or DVD included in any photographic packages will include all original photographs in high resolution colour images only from which prints are selected if required or included in package.
Photographic packages that include prints are available in colour, black & white or sepia as required.
Children under the age of 12 years are to be supervised at all times for the entire duration of all photographic shoots.
Children are to be well behaved and to be removed from photographic shoot if they misbehave.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to photographic shoot to ensure sufficient time for consultation and preparation.
Photographic CD/DVD's and photographic prints will only be presented to client once account is paid in full.
Mobile studio available for all photographic shoots at additional cost and prior arrangement. Setup time, minimum of 45 minutes required.
All photographic packages can be adapted to suit, please provide requirements for personalised package quote.

Cash payments or EFT payments accepted only.
No credit cards & No cheques of any kind are accepted.
50% Deposit required on booking. Non-refundable Deposit.
Balance payment due no later than 1 week (7 days) prior to date of photographic shoot.

All bookings or sales are final on all prepaid bookings and gift certificates.
Refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Failure to pay balance amount on due date, will result in cancellation of booking and deposit forfeited.

In event of cancellation by client, deposit amount is non-refundable.
Failure to attend photographic shoot by client without prior notice, full cancellation will occur.
In event of postponement of photographic shoot by client, client may reschedule new date subject to availability of photographer. Client may only postpone once (1 time), thereafter cancellation will occur.
Client to notify photographer of postponement of photographic shoot no later than 24 hours prior to date of photographic shoot.

Any loss or damage to photographic or any equipment owned by Orca Design incurred for the entire duration of shoot by client, is for clients own account. Client will be invoiced for replacement cost of damaged equipment. Payment will be required upon receipt of invoice.
Overtime or additional time arranged prior to photographic shoot will be invoiced and included in final amount due prior to shoot date.
Overtime that is required on day of photographic shoot that is not paid for prior to shoot will be invoiced and payment required upon invoice.
Photographic CD/DVD's and photographic prints will only be presented to client once overtime is invoiced and account is paid in full.
All photographic editing on request only and at additional cost.
Additional travel time or numerous destinations required for photographic shoot, will be invoiced accordingly and payable upon receipt of invoice.

Mobile studio available on request for wedding shoots as a back-up if weather is not permitting to have photograph shoots outside. Mobile Studio for internal use only and at no extra cost for confirmed wedding booking.
Mobile Studio requires a minimum of 45 minutes for setup.
Electrical power to be provided by client for mobile studio at wedding venue.
Refreshments and plate of food for 2 people will be required for photographer and assistant and provided by client at clients cost.
Travel time included in wedding package for one destination in Johannesburg or Pretoria area. If bride dressing, ceremony, photographs and reception all in different venues travel time will be invoiced accordingly.
